Hi All, Please avoid staying at hotel paradise mansion Mussoorie, it's a complete disappointment. It’s a waste of money and time! poor amenities. 1. Uninformed staff and lack of basic amenities like toilet paper and a dental kit. 2. Cracked water glasses in the room. 3. In this hotel "Paradise" means cracked glasses and free exercise climbing up and down.

Hotel staff behavioir was good. The view from the room was superb. The food was also awesome. There is rush on mall road as usual but the pickup & drop service was provided as the hotel was on a hill. Overall, a nice place for going with friends and family.

Hotel room is good but all other related services are very poor. Phone extn nad tv of my room was not working even after 3 replacements from room service. Food served here is expensive and tastes below average. They have stole a picture of nearby hotel's playground and posted it as it is their property. Overall this property doesn't deserve 4000+ per day of booking. 2000 will justify the service hotel provides. Lathargic and laidback.
